China requires you to travel with a document issued by authorized government officials to allow foreign citizens to enter, exit, or transit through China. In accordance with international law and practice, China is entitled to determine whether or not to allow a foreign citizen to enter or exit from its territory and whether or not to issue a visa, decline an application, or cancel an issued visa under its national law.
